We are now seeking new employees for production and warehouse at Axalta Powder Coating Systems Nordic AB in Västervik starting in June.

ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of operator, you will be responsible for manufacturing powder coating and ensuring that the manufacturing process is run efficiently and with high quality. You will work independently in your tasks while being an important part of the team in the department. The position also includes driving forklifts and overhead cranes. The job is full-time and scheduled on weekdays with two shifts.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in the industry is an advantage, either through previous work or education.

• You are practical, have a positive attitude, and are a good team player.

• Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Driver's license and access to a car, if you do not live in Västervik.

• You must be able to work shift work, 2-shifts.

• Forklift and overhead crane licenses are advantageous.

• You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The summer job is scheduled between weeks 27–33 with training 2 weeks prior (starting week 24 or 25). Please note that Axalta plans to close for one week, likely week 30.
